Hey folks
do you think computers could one day replace teachers? Would you prefer to come to school for a lesson conducted by a teacher or would you prefer learning on a computer? What are the pros and cons?
Regards
Mrs Justin
HI,Ms George! Feels so good to be blogging again! I feel that going to school to learn is better than learning through computers. One of the disadvantages of learning through computers is that you cannot clarify your doubts when you need to. I am 100% sure that computers will never take over teachers! I will never let it happen.!
i feel going to school is better as it is more fun in school.
i feel that school is better.
i will prefer the teacher as it will be more fun
I still prefer school better. e-learning could be boring sometimes. especially when your done with the subject already and you still have more time to nothing.
I would prefer teachers to having computers to teach you, because going online for to long is not very good for the eye.
hi ms george
well i feel that going to school is better than staying at home with the computer. Oh, that reminds me:isaac has problems with his computer.
BTW xoxoxo
i feel that scholl is more fun because you can learn in countless ways & be with your friends, the most important treasure of all!!!! Ü
Teachers are 100% better then computers.
I prefer teachers as they are more lifely . In future, if there are no teachers, I think schools will have to shut down…
Hi Ms George,
Learning in school is definitely much better than learning on the com… The disadvantage of learning on the com is that when we have questions, there is no teachers to ask. I also find that it is not so easy to understand the lessons on the com.
Sorry, my reply is late…….
I prefer to go to school as it is better as there is a teacher who can tell us the answers to our questions directly and if we finish what we have to do and have time left a real teacher can give us some more work to do while on the computer they cannot give us more and we will get free time but how vcan we learn that way.
Nah… I guess I am a school going person. E learning was really boring. Ha ha… I guess it is a lack of friends and teachers to talk to!!! Well, I also realized that msn was not as fun…
Hello Ms Justin-George!! Well, I still prefer Ms George… Hmm…to tell you frankly, I feel that teachers are MUCH better than learning via computers at home. There are several disadvantages, such as a computer breakdowns or unable to ask questions. So, I conclude that I prefer learning in schools to e-learning. But it is definitely a great experience!
howdy! of course even the newest and most improved computers cannot beat the old-fashioned way – having a teacher standing in front of you! no offence, mrs justin-george!
Hi Ms Goerge,
i think that learning in school so much better than learning on the com ……………………….Having teachers to teach you is much better than having the computers to teach you………………. .
Hi Ms George,
I feel that teachers are definitely better than computers! Teachers are able to clear your doubts immediately after you ask a question, but as for computers, they can’t. Anyway, we cannot always rely on the Internet, right?
Hiya Ms George!
i would definitely choose to learn in school with teachers, because learning from a real living human is more releastic.
Although i also enjoy learning through the internet, but there may be some errors at times. it will be quite troublesome though.
bye for now! i’ll hv to let my “computer mate” to type her message now!
Laughters,
Lina.s
Hi Ms George,
I feel that teachers are better than computers as we get to go to school and study and at the same time we get to make friends instead of staying at home and staring at the computer screen if everybody uses computer to study , everybody would be waering glasses
i would definitely choose to have a teacher teaching me at school because he/she can satisfy my doubts whenever i have one. also, i can concentrate better in a proper classroom… if you use a computer to do work, chances would be that students can’t concentrate and probably wander off to some website or chat through messenger…
:):)
Hi Ms George,
i find that learning together with a teacher is sooooo much better than learning through a computer.
Whenever we have questions to ask, we can ask the teacher immediately but when we are at home and we have questions to ask, we are like talking to a teacher who cannot respond!(the teacher refers to the computer.)
i think that both are the same! but the teacher is a little better than computers~!~!~!~!~!
Hi Ms George
Schools are definitely 100% better than computers. E-learning is just soooooo boring like the one we did on 24/07/08….:)
i believe that a teacher has more live but a computer does not scold student unlike teachers
Hi Ms George!
learning in school is definitely more fun than learning on the computer. I would rather have a real life person teaching me as if I have any question to ask urgently , that would be much easier than to wait for a reply. Sometimes the computer might even hang, and that would be really troublesome. Bye for now as my ” computer mate” is grumbling already. And she’s Lina. as i type very slow. haha!!
cheers!

Hi Ms George…
Well , I think that having a teacher to teach us is better than learning on a computer… we can clarify our doubts immediately…
Hi Ms George
I still prefer teachers to teach me as only ONLY teachers are fit to teach us.So……………….Horray !!!!! Teachers WIN!!!!!!!:D
Hello!!!Ms George,
I hate to come to school although it is fun. But we can’t go to computer lab or a place where there is air-con frequently.I wish that in the furture the school wii allow to use laptop for learning instead of using books to write.

I wish that you and your husband have a LOVELY day!!!!!!!!!!!!
SEE YOU!!!
Hello!!! Mrs Justin-George,i prefer being in school as it is very
fun. I hope that you enjoy live @ school. Some I hate being in school sometimes when it is a hot day. On hot days I prefer being cold places such as England,America and Russia.I also hope that in future the school allow us to use laptop for learning rather than using books to write.Dylan says that when you grow old,he will take care of you.

GOOD BYE!!!!!
i prefer teachers to com because it is more fun and if i have a queston,i can ask the teacher
Absolutely not!! Like you said in class, if you have some questions to ask or you don’t understand, the computers could not explain. But the teachers CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ahhhhh….. exams are round the corner!!soooooo much homework to do, soooooo stessing help someone save me!!!
I feel that teachers will 100% beat computers as teachers have more live in them!
Hi Ms George,
i definitely like coming to school and bieng taught by teachers then staying at home facing the computer for the whole morning all worst, the whole day..HaHa,impossible lah. Staying at home using the computer to learn is quite troublesome sonetimes,we will encounter many trechnical problems and when we were in doubt,we cannot ask straight away. However when we were in school..when we can in doubts,we can ask the doubts all at one go..HaHa.Am i right??:)
yes i agree.school is better than modern technology.iI had no one to ask if i had misunderstandings.plus, too much computers spoils your eyesight.who know what you might be doing being playing games or blogging.
sign,
umairah
I would REALLY PREFER a TEACHER.
REALLY PREFER TEACHER
REALLY PREFER TEACHER
Though computers r fun, I still prefer human teachers and will always will!:D
Hi Ms George,
After much consideration, I STILL prefer teachers to computers. Besides, if we have any questions, we can’t possibly ask the computer or the internet, right? So I prefer teachers to computers.
Hi Ms george i think teachers are better as if you make a mistake in work the teacher will be able to correct and tell you how to do the sum but the computer will not be able to explain your mistake
I prefer teachers course when we use the com for too long we will spoil our eyes and have 2 wear spectacles.Sigh…
then when we go to school we can clarify our doubts + we can ask questions 2 boost our knowledge
then we will b very smart!!!!So i choose tcher!
Teachers win, computers lose.
Its is quite fun if e learning is conducted annually…but not to often. ‘My eyes strains…’ quoted by me during e learning. HA!!! LOL!!!
I 101% think that teachers are much more better than computers. If we have any questions we can just ask the teachers unlike learning by computers,if we have any questions we will not now who to ask.So I still agree with everyone that teachers are much more better than computers.
